Payments Policy

- By deposit in a bank, sending a photo or a copy of the bank payment receipt. Send the receipt either by e-mail to [email protected] or in the quick helper window of our page (shown at the bottom right). In any case, sending the photo or copy of the receipt precedes the execution of the order. In remittance payments, the order is sent only if the transfer is made at the expense of the sender (“OUR”, not “SHA”) and if the reason for the transfer is entered with your name and with the product code, so that identification can be done. All payment transfers must be made in the pricing currency of our store (EUR).
It is possible to pay by cash on delivery when you receive the products. The extra cash on delivery charge is € 2.00. It concerns orders only within Greece.

Availability
In case the product you selected in your order is not (immediately) available for shipment, we will contact you.
Shipment
The products that are ready to be delivered, are sent within 1-3 days from the date of receipt of the order. The products, which are created after a relevant order, are delivered after 12-15 working days from the date of receipt of the order, except in cases of special orders where a special agreement is made.
Orders
- Greece Orders
Products arrive by delivery at your door or at the address of your choice by General Post, in 1-3 working days for shipments within Athens and in 3-7 for shipments outside. Shipments are made every Tuesday and Friday. Shipping cost is 5 euros up to 2 kg. In case the orders exceed 2 kg, we will contact you – with the way of communication that you stated to us – in order to inform you about the way and shipping cost.
For orders more than 100 Euro, shipment is free.
- International Orders
For Cyprus and foreign countries, the shipment is registered, through ELTA, as a First Priority and with home delivery. They are tracked at every stage of their management, giving you the opportunity to be informed about the management process and the delivery of the parcel. You can be informed about the progress of the parcel through the website www.elta.gr -> I want to… Locate an item using the Barcode number of the parcel.
Our e-shop system automatically calculates the cost of transport costs, taking into account the area of shipment and the total weight and cost of the products of your order.
Shipping costs vary from country to country and therefore communication via e-mails precedes. Any customs duties and excise duties imposed by the authorities in countries outside the European Union shall be borne by the consignees. The company may not know the amount of these charges.
For shipments abroad, the option of cash on delivery is not supported, but the payment of the total amount is preceded by a bank deposit.
Exchanges/Returns
Insurance & Delivery
In case the work we have created for you has any defect or damage when you receive it, we undertake against you all the obligations provided in the Civil Code for the seller.
In case you receive a defective product or a product other than the one you ordered, please contact us via e-mail, to inform us about it and to proceed with its replacement.
Please note that we are not responsible for defects resulting from misuse of the product or from use other than that provided by the manufacturer or from accidental events.
Defective or incorrect product must be returned to us within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. In case of lack of the initially selected product, your money will be refunded within (30) calendar days by crediting the bank account that you will notify us in time and in writing.
To return the product, it is assumed that the product will be in its original condition. In any case, the customer assumes the responsibility of returning the product to the sender in the condition in which he received it. We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender at his own expense.
The cost of shipping a new product to replace the defective or faulty product is borne by us as a company. The product must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and receipts. However, in the case of third party products / manufacturers, we as a company do not bear any responsibility.
Unjustifiable Withdrawals/ Returns policy/ Repairs
You reserve the right to return the Products you have purchased from the Company’s website, within fourteen (14) days of their receipt, according to article 3e of Law 2251/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A Z1 -891/2013). You can send the products at your own expense to the address you will find on the envelope. In any case, before returning the Products, you can contact us via email at [email protected] or via Facebook at the Sofia Fileas Art page.
In particular, you reserve the above right to return the Product you have purchased, without the obligation to state the reasons, under the following terms and conditions:
(a) You have the right to withdraw from the sale, within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Product.
(b) Withdrawal is unjustified and you are obliged to return the Product exactly in the excellent condition in which you received it. In particular, the returned Product must not have been used, must be in excellent condition (“as new”), as just before its sale, in its complete original packaging (box, nylon, foam, etc.) which are not should have tears or damage / deterioration) and with all the contents of the original packaging. In addition, in order to receive a return of the Product, the original purchase document (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the Product and whose details are recorded on the purchase document.
(c) The return of the Product is accepted, only if you have previously paid any amount that may have been charged to the Company for sending the Product to you and the shipping costs for its return.
Note that the possibility of returning non-defective products does not apply to special creations made to order (Taylor made creations).
Cancellation Policy
In case you wish, for personal reasons, to cancel your order before the management starts by us and it is sent, you should contact us and inform us in time, at: 2721079168 or by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or in the quick helper window of our page (displayed in the lower right part) within 6 hours from the time you placed the order.
Protection Instructions
The product you have in your hands is a work of art. It is handmade, even in the case of prints, and designed, made and painted for decorative purposes only. It is not a game and should not be treated as such.
All products are made for indoor use, although they are protected by high quality varnishes. Keep them away from daily exposure to strong vertical sunlight as there is a risk that over time the colors will change and fade. Keep them away from water and moisture.
Dust the products gently with a dry cloth. Do not use cleaners and water.
Do not place other objects inside the Fairy Tale Box as they could damage the construction and the decorative elements contained in it.
Do not place tealights or other types of candles in the Fairy Tales of the Box as there is a risk of fire.
Small pieces contained in the constructions are fragile and there is a risk of swallowing.
You can protect the Box Tales from dust over the years by placing a glass in front. We do not undertake this procedure as the risk of damage increases when shipping the product and we want to ensure that it will reach your hands intact.
